Our Festus office has been serving the community since 2017. We are on E Gannon Dr, right behind Home Depot and Schnucks.
Meet The Providers
A graduate of the University of Karachi, Dr. Jabbar did his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in St Louis, Missouri. His work experience includes the NHS Trust Wales, UK and Washington University in St Louis as a Clinical Instructor at Barnes Jewish Hospital. His interests include Type II Diabetes and Heart disease. When treating, Dr. Jabbar prefers a holistic approach to medicine, as treating a disease is much more than using prescription medications. He has the great pleasure of working with an excellent and knowledgeable team of nurse practitioners and assistant physicians. His interests include historical collectables and traveling.
Dr. Jabbar is available for scheduling in the Festus office Monday-Wednesday. On October 2nd, 2023 Dr. Jabbar will stop seeing patients in this location and will be moving to the South County office.
Lacy obtained her Master's degree from Maryville University with an emphasis in Family Nurse Practitioner
With a wealth of experience as a provider, she is a true patient advocate with excellent bedside manners. In her free time, she enjoys her son Gunnar’s baseball, band, and academic pursuits, plays the piano and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Rich.
Lacy is only available in our Festus office. You can schedule with her Monday - Thursday.
Angie graduated from University of Missouri St. Louis with honors. She has diverse experience in medicine and has a very pleasant personality. Her interests include management of diabetes and arthritis.
Angie is currently only seeing patients on a case by case basis.
Dr. Abdelmasih "Dr. K" completed medical school from Cairo University in Egypt. His experience includes masters in anesthesiology and family practice in the United States. His interests include soccer and music.
Dr. K currently does not see patients in office. He works with our partnered care centers and sees patients at their facilities.
Dr. Cole completed his Medical Degree at San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, in the United States Territory of Puerto Rico. He is a fluent Spanish speaker with roots from Southern California.
During the COVID-19 emergency, he served as an Emergency Services Coordinator for the State of California.
Dr. Cole managed the Biomedical Unit for the State and is an active member of other emergency management organizations. His medical interests include both acute and chronic care.
Dr. Cole is new to our practice. He will be available for scheduling soon, so stay tuned!
