Our Story
Our DeSoto office has been serving the community since 2022. The office is a certified Rural Health Clinic. We are easy to find on the corner of Boyd and 2nd St. accross from the City Hall/Police Station in DeSoto.
We are accepting new patients at this location. Utilize the new patient registration button to expedite the process. Otherwise give us a call and we will be happy to help you get established with us.
Meet The Providers
A graduate of the University of Karachi, Dr. Jabbar did his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in St Louis, Missouri. His work experience includes the NHS Trust Wales, UK and Washington University in St Louis as a Clinical Instructor at Barnes Jewish Hospital. His interests include Type II Diabetes and Heart disease. When treating, Dr. Jabbar prefers a holistic approach to medicine, as treating a disease is much more than using prescription medications. He has the great pleasure of working with an excellent and knowledgeable team of nurse practitioners and assistant physicians. His interests include historical collectables and traveling.

Amanda completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology with an emphasis on Medical Dietetics. After working as a Registered Dietitian for a few years, she went back to school to become a Physician Assistant at the Yale PA Online Program. She completed this degree in May of 2022. Amanda grew up in the St. Louis area. Her interests and hobbies include traveling, aerial arts, and music,
