Amanda completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology with an emphasis on Medical Dietetics. After working as a Registered Dietitian for a few years, she went back to school to become a Physician Assistant at the Yale PA Online Program. She completed this degree in May of 2022.
